The rules for using Vocabulary Power Plus Online.

Vocabulary Power Plus Online (“VPPO”) is operated by Prestwick House, Inc., P.O. Box 658, Clayton, Delaware 19938. These terms apply to vppo.app. Purchases and adult account credentials remain governed by the applicable Prestwick House store terms and policies.

An adult user must sign in through a Prestwick House account and keep that account secure. A teacher or school representative who creates a class represents that they are authorized by the applicable school or district to use VPPO for the stated educational purpose and to provide the student information entered into the service.

Password changes, account recovery, and adult profile corrections are handled by Prestwick House. VPPO does not store an adult’s Prestwick House password or offer a separate password-reset system.

Students may use VPPO only through a class created by an authorized teacher or school. The school is responsible for assigning student credentials, limiting access to the intended student, and obtaining any authorization or consent required for its students. Before VPPO is used by a child under 13, the school or district must authorize the collection described in the Student Data Notice.

Access is limited by purchased or granted level, seat count, and term. One active student allocation consumes one seat for that level. Trial access is temporary, may be limited to evaluation, and does not convert to a paid subscription automatically unless the purchase flow says so.

Users may not share accounts, evade seat limits, probe or disrupt the service, access another organization’s records, scrape curriculum, publish answer material, or use teacher-only content to obtain answers for student work. Prestwick House may suspend or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect students, schools, curriculum, or the service, and will retain an appropriate audit record of that action.

Student information is used to provide class access, learning activities, grading, teacher reporting, support, security, and service operations. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to build advertising profiles. Schools may request access, correction, export, or deletion as described in the Privacy Notice and Student Data Notice.

VPPO curriculum, software, trademarks, and related materials belong to Prestwick House or its licensors. Access is a limited educational-use license, not a transfer of ownership. Features and content may be corrected or improved while preserving submitted-work and audit records where reasonably necessary.
